Welcome to my profile! I’m Margareta, a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist, but above all, I’m a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, and neighbor. I’m surrounded by people, and it brings me immense joy. Every day, I interact with others, witnessing how our own limitations and lack of resilience hinder us from crafting our stories as we envision them. My professional journey commenced in the organizational environment, where I encountered the benefits and challenges of corporate careers. I enjoyed the hustle and competition within a corporation, relishing the opportunity to forge numerous relationships. At one point in my life, many years ago, the desire to understand people better and their relational dynamics led me to the profession closely studying the human mind. I love landscape architecture and working in the garden. I’m fascinated by how nature flourishes when cared for. Working the soil with my hands, breathing life into it, nurturing it, and giving it structure brings me joy. Amidst flowers and plants in the garden, I experience both anxieties and joys. I’m passionate about the human mind and the complexity of our development. I believe each of us possesses unlimited resources necessary for healing and growth. I discovered my passion for working with people and the field of Human Resources early in my career, guided by mentors who constantly inspired me. As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills to contribute to the community through various projects and development opportunities, which I wholeheartedly embrace with enthusiasm and energy. For over a decade, I specialized in IT recruitment for multinational companies, startups, and local SMEs, also covering roles in other areas as per the partners’ needs. I consistently exceed expectations and thoroughly enjoy being proactive in creating innovative strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talented individuals. Projects involving Employer Branding, recruitment, and career management provide a platform where my artistic and creative side harmoniously blends with the rational aspect, leveraging my business and strategic skills to offer innovative and sustainable solutions. As a Career Coach, I support individuals facing career crossroads or seeking professional repositioning and career transition.

Additionally, I work as a consultant for companies during internal reorganizations, role restructuring, or project closures. Since becoming a mother in 2017, I’ve been learning daily to balance and integrate my career with the demands of family life. I encourage and actively participate in communities empowering women to pursue their talents and dreams by fostering self-confidence, fostering a growth-oriented learning environment. Traveling and exploring ancient cities steeped in history nourish my soul and transport me to the realms I imagined as a child reading about ancient scholars and romantic classics. I lose myself for hours in museums, admiring masterpieces and hidden gems, taking thousands of steps to visit them whenever I get the opportunity.
