Intuition and creativity are two specific properties of the human mind that are increasingly less exercised and developed throughout a person’s life.
Unfortunately, in the traditional education system that most people follow, these two qualities are not often encouraged. However, they are becoming increasingly demanded in many fields of activity today, including artistic and scientific professions, within large companies, and even in the business environment.
The method on which our Personal Development through Theatrical Arts Workshop is based borrows elements and improvisation techniques from great pedagogues in the world of theater.
These exercises initially emerged out of a necessity for training both professional and amateur actors, but today they are used in various fields of activity around the world.
They serve as an excellent support and tool in personal development courses and in facilitating teamwork, providing participants with a means of self-discovery through art. The games and exercises in our program successfully blend the dynamics of theatrical techniques with modern psychology.
They offer participants the opportunity to experience and solve created situations in a way that activates all brain functions during the exercises. The space where these activities take place is psychologically safe, allowing participants to open up in a relaxed manner to accomplish the tasks set by the games.
The exercises are designed to focus participants’ attention on solving the game’s situations, thereby triggering mechanisms of intuition and creativity.
The obstacles within the games present opportunities for creative growth and simultaneously enhance the relational capacity of individuals within a team. These exercises are both interactive and liberating, requiring the total involvement of participants using all necessary means: verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as collaboration in various forms to successfully solve the encountered situations.
Objectives:
And the final Objective: To unlock the hidden creative potential of each participant and the team as a whole.
All these efforts aim to reinforce the concept of teamwork, which will subsequently be reflected in the day-to-day activities at the office, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere in future projects.
